Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, and any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. No refunds will be issued on any packages. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been submitted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including delays, delivery issues, or returned/refused packages.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information once your order ships. If you encounter any delivery issues, we’re happy to assist you with the information needed to file a claim with the carrier.
