Due to the custom-made nature of our products, absolutely no refunds will be issued on any orders. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before checking out, as all sales are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made and we do not accept cancellations. This policy helps us ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner, without delay.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photo evidence with your message so we can assess the situation. In rare cases where an error has occurred, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient and returned to us by the carrier, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the item is received and inspected.
